Recently i bought Voltas AC in Hyderabad. Due to some problem AC stopped working on 21st May 2019. I lodged service request on 22nd May. Technician visited on 23rd and said power unit problem it will take 1 day. When I called next he said another 2days. And then next he said 2 days. Daily i called customer care also. And today they are saying it will take another 10 days. I have recorded call with executive and their Technician. Everyone is saying we can’t do anything. It’s harassment. It is 43-45 deg C temp and I have AC and I am not able to use it. Above all the people are very rude. Complaint Number : 19052206850. They even started blocking my number. Why to give warranty and no repair . I have paid for warranty also while buying the AC. This company is making fools by saying no 1 in india. We can’t even ask for replacement of AC. Please help
