Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Voltas AC on March 26, 2016 with 5 year warranty. I have lodged a complaint with the Voltas service center and they informed me as the parts are not available so I should purchase a new one with a discounted amount. I am not ready to purchase the AC again as I do have warranty claim still. I have raised this complaint around 3 months ago still it has not been resolved yet.
Please lodge a complaint for the same.
I am attaching the invoice and the complaint number under Voltas service center.
