I noticed some issue with the AC and I booked a complaint to voltas customer care center (on 16-04-2022)
They sent a technician and he confirmed that the issue is about the display of the AC and he left my home.
Since then I haven’t received any information and I contacted them some 12 times.
Everytime they replied that they will sort it out in two days…those two days has now become 35 days.
We have a senior citizen and a toddler in our home. I remained the team of the condition of both the vulnerable aged persons in my home and the severe humidity we experienced here during the summer and continuing to experience it.
I kindly request you to fix this.
