I am very much upset after calling the customer care of Voltas since last 10- 12days. Everytime the person says that the technician will visit next day, but their next days is never going to come as I feel. My AC 1.5 ton split is not working . Called the customer care several times, mailed them, registered complaint on WhatsApp also. I talked to the escalation head Mr Ajay who is also giving me next day time everyday. I am not able to find out why the voltas team doing such irresponsible behaviour. They talk like machine, they don’t give satisfactory replies. None of them tries to fully listen to my complaint. Also my complaint now is cancelled by them quoting the reason that customer not responding while the actual reason is they are not responding.
I feel so helpless.
