I have Voltas split AC and since last year 2021 I am facing issue of AC not cooling.
I have raised an complaint through voltas customer care and technician had visited and said its a problem of gas leakage so we filled the gas but after 4-5 days again same issue persist.
As the summer was about to over so left that as it is.
Now as the summer begins i started my AC and facing same issue.
So i raised a complaint with voltas on 8th march 2022 and their technician had visited on 9th and suggested that he will come back with nitrogen gas and will check for the leakage.
But now he is not even receiving my calls.
Worst service every faced.
