Hi Team,
I have Purchased a Voltas AC through Flipkart. Order date 28-07-2018 and Invoice date 01-08-2018. I am facing an issue that the AC is consuming more power and generating extra 3000/Rs bill every month from past 2 months. I have contacted Voltas 9 Times and Flipkart 5 times they are not responding and finally they have sent a Technician, who said it’s a Power meter Problem though It’s an AC issue, because we have changed the Power meter by spending our Own Money. Still the same issue with AC. We are again contacting Voltas to Inform that It’s an AC issue as we have changed the Power Meter of the Home. They are not responding, It’s a 36K Product and of useless now. Please help me on this. Attaching the Invoice. Order ID – OD112964792280033000
