Hi Team,
I have purchased ac on 01April 2022 and after 1 year the ac was not working. I raised request- 23031802726 on 18th march and the team filled the gas. Again the AC stopped cooling and I raised request on 12 May, the team is saying that Cooling Coil needs to be replaced and which will be chargeable as warranty has expired.
Within 1 and half months the issue is encountered which means that the coil was leaking at the time of our previous service (after my complaint on 18th march) and the person didn’t take care [verified]of that.
Now I request your good office to do the needful without charges. Becoz the negligence of the service engineer.
