Sir,
I want to take loan of 300000 rs from volcano loan app. But when I applied for loan on 24th June, 2022 , without my prior approval they send 1500 rs directly to my account and after that I get a message to pay rs 3000 rs within seven days in their volcano amount as settlement.
So I complained to the volcano customer care.. they told me to settle the case by repaying the 1500 rs in the account no. Given by volcano customer care… I refunded the amount acvordingly, but still they have asking me to pay rs 3000 full amount. And when I told them that I am not going to pay and will complain about this to consumer court, they threaten me and use abusive languages.
Sir plss solve my problem as earliest.
