Airtel charged me extra for some service called Voice Special Numbers without any intimation.
I did not activate such services and it already invoiced in my monthly bill.
There is no provision to deactivate as well as on chat box if trying to raise complaint regarding same it is just failing at the point where I ask Bill explanation.
