Airtel is charging voice special number for customers without informing them about the charges. And activating services which are not opted for and if we are activating any services for emergency purpose it is being charged as recurring charge every month which is not mentioned when activating the service. Numerous calls and service requests were made and one of the staff contacted and confirmed it will be resolved but it is repeated this month as well and this going on since 3 months, which is not acceptable.

I wish to sate emphatically that I have never ever been using the voice special facility and I have still been charged for the same.
Please let me know what is this voice special facility and why am I being charged for it ?
Also please discontinue any such service if it is active on my mobile phone 9096905545
The same things happening with me unnecessary charges applied for voice service something and generated bill for the same
Same happening with me.. and I’m being charged with late fee also even though I made bill payment on time. Raised the concern multiple times. No use.
A voice special no is being charged to my account. I have never asked for it. Pl remove it from my bill
