Today i got call from Airtel at around 3:00 pm and she said the upgrade has been done . I asked her to arrage a call back at 4:30 pm as i was not at the affected location.i am facing this issue since a year and you have put the complaint on hold since then.
Now i am available at the affected location and checked the settings provided by Airtel and restarted my phone .
Still I am face the same voice issue over the call and see the attachment for data speed, it is still unable to connect.
So ask you team to come down at this place and check itself , what i am facing everyday.But fucking cheaters just giving the fake commitment.
Anyway i am not making payment of the due amount.
