Greeting of the day…..
I aditya Shailesh using airtel from more than 2 year with 2- 3 connection.And i was facing Network issue in voice and data as well.I have complaint many times by calling and sending emails to them but they are not responded.even after talking with the superior said we are working and will solve your issue many times…they said only.
they said that within some time frame your problem will be solved successfully. Be rest assured.and still i am facing the issue even it become wrost.
now no body is accepting the appellate complaint and are saying that please do not complain with the appellate desk..we will solve your issue as soon as possible, and for now i cant not tell the date , they are saying the same everytime from last 4 year.
sometimes they said that new tower is required and will keep you posted on improvement.but services never improved in past 2 year.
In the past month or day’s i was able to maintain somehow but due to CoVID-19 effect now a days i am working from home and for that i have to be on Skype for my meeting and all.the internet speed is so slow that i am not able to send even whatspp message also.
I hope you can understand how it can be frustrating.
The problem lies that now even they are not accepting that they have a bad network around me.they are saying network is good in your area.
But by talking with friends and neighbors they also said that they are facing the wrost network and replies with frustration.
I have even tired by calling them that’s why i am writing to you because my hope lies with you.
Therefore i request you to please look in to thus matter at the earliest and investigate furter.
