I have a broadband and landline at my office of Airtel .I have changed my plan for 12th month on 22nd of April of Rs6105.And my due of last month was Rs825. and I have got a mail from Airtel that I can pay the balance (6105+825)6929 till 04-05-2019 . But then they have canceled my outgoing facility today (03-05-2019) . The same thing happened on 30-04-2019 . I have all the prof regarding this .They are tell me that you have to pay by today then only we will provide service to you .
