Sir, I have vodofone number recharge on 12 november 2020 ₹49 plan next day @ 13 november 2020 deduct my whole balance for caller tune, Today ask customer care to cancel my caller tune and refund my balance but customer care executive deactivate caller tune but balance not refunded.
