I am having a old basic handset and not a smart phone which does not support any internet service, but vodfone is charging for games and videos which I didn’t subscribed. On 28 May 2021 I received a message, Thank you foe choosing to access Games and Videos, you have been charged Rs. 7.
I tried to stop this I am enable to stop this deduction. please help.
