Hi this is arun, I’m using postpaid vodaphone network past 6 years my recommanded plan was Rs 299 + GST. But on 31st Aug 2020 without my knowdge my plan got changed to Rs 399 + GST. For this I raised the complaint to vodaphone customer care on 31st Aug 2020, The complaient number is C004-80849251445. This issue not yet resolved and now castomer support not pickking my call. Please Check this issue and give a solution.
