Dear Sir
My mother is a senior citizen and living aloan. Her vodaphone connection is not working for almost 20 days. She had a mild attack and she was unable to call us. After discharging her I called customer care several times to fix this issue. They told mecgo to vodaphone store. When o went there they said sim is the problem and asked me to to take my mom and aadhar and got to mylapore or mandeveli store. Its extrem6far for me as I’m in porur. I took her in this condition all the way there. They asked me to pay 300 for a connection which was not even active the previous month. Still I paid and got a new sim. They told me to call 59096 for call verification. After calling o found that it was for caller tunes and no option was available for verification. I called customer care to fix this Either they keep me on wait or ask me to keep trying the previous no stated. I spent the whole of today to activate it but in vain. Every day they promise ne tat there would be a call as they have escalated it. But nothing till now. My mom is living aloan. Pls help.
