Vodafone make wrong promises.
I have requested for SIM exchange and before requesting I have asked SLA, which they confirmed as 2 hours it has been more than 24 hours, after so many follow ups at VI store and Vodafone customer care, my complaint is not getting resolved. Also written to their corporate care email.
They are saying we will resolve your complaint before 17 Sep, which is not acceptable. As my work is completely depend on my Mobile number, I have lost 2 days of work.
Problem is wrong commitment by VI and no clue of my problem resolution. Please advice
