I opted for germany international roaming and paid 5195 INR. This pack was valid till 16th August. But thngs stopped working on the evening of 13-August.
I have technical understanding of mobile networks so I tried all the troubleshooting steps myelf first but nothing worked. Then I called VodafoneIdea support number 9885098850. Support team just walked me through all the troubleshooting steps that I already did and nothing worked.
Just to test, I recharged again with 695 INR (one day roaming) and surprisingly, things started working. and VodafoneIdea support team has no answer for this. They said that I can’t claim my 3 days for my existing recharge. If i calculate as per the terrifs given by VI its almost 2000INR.
