i have opted to port my vodafone number to jio submitted my documents to Store then your help desk called on that number to my dad he is not that much techno friendly you guys told my on call that just do msg on 1900 saying cancelled with your number that cancelled my porting this is wrong team please look itno it i have already done 400 recharge with jio number on shop please arrange to process that, family already have 4 5 numbers of vodafone and we are happy just to have network capacity at all locations i am porting 1 sim in jio
