Text of Complaint by Vinay:

I haven’t received SMS of activation of Player’s Club -60 days pack digital is activated but checked in VI app for last deduction and the amount charged Rs 45.00.for activation of Player’s Club -60 days Which is total amount in my account I haven’t activated any of the plan for the same. VODAFONE is deducting balance for without any permission of user. Also not able to deactivate with VI app.. For calling I didn’t have 1rs in my recharge..
