Hi my name is vinay
I’m using vodafone network since 2 yrs
My mobile number is 9986909222
and it’s a postpaid network with average monthly bill
I was receiving by 300
But Nov month bill I have received is 2390 rs
So verified with customer care for enquiry

They are telling ‘have used astrology for 51717’ for 2 hrs on 2nd dec

but i have not used any call on dec 2 and how come they give astrology as VAS
which is opted by individuals

So I suspect on vodafone security people they are hacking and calling to astrology numbers and , and put more bill on users. They are telling they cant correct in final bill so
I want to know what is happened to my bill and i dont want to pay bill
for not opted VAS
