Me and my family member using 3 Vodafone postpaid plan since long time back and last month suddenly they change my normal 99rs voice postpaid plan to them expensive Red Basic plan which charged rs 299 to me for my 2 numbers for two months,
when i try to complain them over their chat support the not giving me proper answer and not file my complain for same and even they cant answer about my query without giving then answer for them security questions so why they change my postpaid plan without my authentication.
and in my friend circle more than 6-7 persons facing same problem.
means they looting 200rs public money per postpaid plan and even rudely answer you can do nothing in this matter.
