have been regularly complaining through customer care numbers by 198. The customer executive is saying that some technical issue was going on there, so my query is that when Vodafone team will resolve this issue. Kindly do needful for the same. Still, in my area (Atul Nagar Warje, Pune 411058), the internet issue is not resolved yet.
I am facing a very critical network issue for internet speed and cellular networks as well.
this is really impacting my office work because I am using Vodafone internet on a daily basis.
I request you please try to resolve the internet issue in my area as soon as possible.
I have been paid a recharge amount for using Vodafone service but Vodafone does not provide quality of service.
I need to refund my amount and i want strict action should be taken against of the company.
These Vodafone companies are frauding with customers and they are not continued with there promise. I request to government try to punished and make a strict action against the company.
