Dear Sir
I am vodafone user and using 7837837271 number, actually i using 399 postpaid plan and in plan 40 gb data every month given by vodafone also if we will not consume 40 gb data than rest will be carry forward in next month the same i am getting from october month , its also showing in vodafone app which is launch by vodafone but vodafone has been charged me 480 rs 2 month charge as extra internet consume which i had not consumed than i have visited vodafone store ( capital gill road ludhiana punjab and lodge the complaint on dated 9 12 19 but till date no solution provided for the same & also today 13 .12.19 my services has been blocked by vodafone if i am asking to vodafone why this than they reply you have to pay all the dues than we will start your services. i am also attaching vodafone app screen short which is showing i have using carry forward data.
