have done recharge of rs 399 on 9the may, amount got debited from my bank, using Amazon Pay UPI, but Recharge not successful.
Vodafone says, we have refunded, pls contact your bank.
Amazon says, we are 3rd party agents, we are not responsible.
Hdfc bank says, we have not received any refunds from Vodafone.
God knows what to do, everyone is blaming each other on customer care numbers or by email.
