Greetings!
I am your customer using mobile phone number +918943497285. This is a reference regarding my recharge on Jan 31 for Rs 458.As per the plan, I received Unlimited Local,STD & Roaming calls within India with 1.5 GB 4G/3G Data per day,100 SMS per day for 84 days. It will expire only on April 24th. But yesterday onwards I am not receiving that offer, Every month I am receiving a warning message about the plan expiry. Today April 2nd, plan expired after 62 days.. I lost 20 days.
On March 5th I got a warning message about also about a new plan detail199 plan. I informed customer care, that time they informed back it was a technical error will sort out soon, after that 458 plan works properly. Today it expires again and informed customer care twice, that time they told me On March 5th they found one recharge for 199 so that 458 plan expired because of that 199 recharge. This is an unknown recharge for us and On March 5th the customer care officer informed that it was a technical issue.Today I lost my money because of that unwanted unknown recharge. Kindly please check my issue, and restore my paused 458 plan at the earliest.
I don’t want to loose my money without any reason, please do the needful. We are expecting good service from your end
