Vodafone Rajasthan, I am writing this post out of frustration and all the mental harassment and troubles I have faced being your customer.

For the past few weeks have been troublesome as far as the cause of continuous VAS unnecessary for Vodafone health and HOW to video service. There is a provision that within 24 hrs if the customer informs and requests to deactivate VAS then Vodafone can waive charges and credit back to the customer`s number. But since lockdown, your activity became very suspicious.

You charged wrongly twice for this Vodafone Health Service and HOW to Videos service total 98 rupees. I sent many emails within 24 hrs and request to deactivate service and provide a refund on 9314959516 but no reply coming from your side , even email come then Customer care only stating the reason that it is done from your side.

 

this is really horrifying experience for me , when you activate VAS service without customers’ consent. I want you to blacklist all my  VAS service forever and refund my balance back to no 9314959516
