Text of Complaint by Shraddha Bhattacharya:

Hi, I’m writing to you regarding the injustice of consumer complaint I raised an issue that was essential to deal with Vodafone recently. They are asking me for bill payment of two different accounts on one same phone number which makes no sense and after I asked for the statement from year 2019 that they are claiming to charge it for during inactive status of my phone number which was in fact pretty active as I have always paid my bills and the bill statement they have issued to me is a shortened receipt of past bills that states no such credit overdue. Thus, I’d like to file a complaint against them for being persecuted by Vodafone as a loyal consumer.
