I have been using Vodafone postpaid connection from the year 2013.I have travelled to many countries and used roaming services before. I recently travelled to Taiwan, I have activated roaming pack of 149 same as previously done(it will be charged only calls made or received) .But my June bills was shocking which is Rs.4916.68(roaming calls charged for 43 mins and 56 sec) including taxes which was not used by me even a single second.I have sent mail to the appellate and complaint regarding the overcharged amount.They explained that the calls was made by the caller from India but denied by the Vodafone Taiwan roaming partner Chungwa Telecom.Since they accepted that it was denied by their partner network it should not be charged under me. But the bill reflecting the call was attended by me(which was not done by me) and was charged.My number has been suspended as of now ,they insisting me to pay the overcharged amount. Since there is no proper investigation and solution from Vodafone side,im filing this as a complaint.Kindly make a investigation and find me a solution… Thank you!
