Dear Vodafone Team,
Request Your Mobile internet Phone Service to Waive Fees

I was surprised to learn that this month you charged additional internet rs 1000 rs we did not have internet access use my cellphone but unexpecting use appears in my cell phone and current month bill also show 1555 / qty as possible is as good as I raise the complaint to customer support, but no one answers our problem and I ask you to waive the Rs. 1000 You have added to my bill.
Without aware also my number suspended
Please Note:- If your team has not solved your problem, I will port to another network like Airtel or Jio
i will wait for your better response for my issue
