1. I am using vodafone prepaid no. Since last 4 yrs  and I have enough recharge in my phone.
2. I have received a message showing that outgoing valadity will expire on 10-12-18

I ask customer care and they told you have to do monthly recharge for activating your outgoing which is not right.
