I used to be a vodafone customer and later ported to airtel. After 3 months of usage I suddenly realized my sim says invalid.
I tried contacting airtel and they said it’s due to a minor balance amount of 48 rupees that Vodafone have stalled my services. I immediately go and pay 50 rs and they tell they have unblocked.
But my service doesn’t resume. I again come back to airtel with the paid amount bill and they tell Vodafone hasn’t released it.
I call vodafone and they tell they have released. I’m stuck in between without my number working and it’s very important for me. Please resolve it . Thank you.
