Text of Complaint by Deepti Dubey:

I wanted to port out my No from Vodafone to Airtel. i have requested airtel customer service. the port out request have been raise 4 times and they were unable to verify the address due to work netwrok connectivity of vodafone. Thia was happening from last 1 month. I have received a msg saying the port out time limit is exceeded and the request has been canceled last week. But suddenly yesterday evening i have recived a msg that vodafone has accepted the request and it will get deactivate midnight. In the morning I have changed my sim in the morning which was given to me last time. But it showed that sim Registration failed. I went to airtel office at 10 am for help one exceutive inside the store denied to help saying the shop will open at 10:30am , so i reached office and call Customer service airtel, she informed that sim is wrong and another sim no has been activated on my mobile no. which was not given to me. This is actually harassment from Airtel side. Why should I have to waste my time and money to visit the center again and request for another sim?  when they have literally behind my life to get this port out from vodafone to airtel.  Please take strick action against Airtel
