With reference to my claim no. 1991003238 filed on 30th Dec 2020, my claim is still pending and every day they say that I’ll get an update but it does not happen.
I have mailed them countless number of times and also called the customer care numbers numerous times but still no concrete response.
It seems to be a company involved in fraudulent ways to not approve claims in time.
Now, my phone is in the Samsung service center since 2nd January 2021 and the service center is waiting for my approval to start the repair process which I’m unable to start due to a delay from Shotformat Digital Production Private Limited, a third party insurance provider from Vodafone (now, Vodafone Idea).
I have provided all the necessary documents including an estimate from the Samsung service center as requested by them.
The latest update is that their number is not active and they never reply to their emails (which by the way they say that they will reply to in 24-48 hours).
I must have called them like 30 times in the last few days and have written to them like 6 times on email.
