Text of Complaint by Sonika Arora:

Hi Team,

I had raised a claim at the mobile shield insurance provided to me by Vodafone on 19th March, and received an approval from them on 4th April. I have sent a couple of emails post that as i could not get the repair done due to the lockdown. The team is highly unprofessional and nobody responds to any of the emails. Now that everything is open, i wanted to speak to somebody first before investing such a hefty amount as its been nearly 2monhs and they havent reverted to a single email of mine.
