Reference : Mobile No. 982003101- registered in the name of Mr.R.Sethuraman

Dear Sir

This has reference to the above number which is registered in my name for more than 20 years now as a post paid number.

I have been frequently visiting your Vodafone outlet to convert this into a prepaid number ..but all my request has been in vain.

Last month when I visited the outlet I was been told to visit again on 5th or 6th of the next month to follow the billing cycle.

So, my last visit in the Dombivli West Vodafone outlet yesterday 6/4/2019 at 5:25 pm …where I met Mr. Shakir who was in counter no.1 has misbehaved with me. He was very ruthless when he was dealing with me. When I asked for Supervisor or Manager…. I was been told that there is no Supervisor or Manager deputed in the branch and that he is the whole and sole person who takes care of the outlet

This was like adding fuel to the fire… My request is still pending and no action taken yet .
