Text of Complaint by Abdul Qadir:

  1. My mom lost her phone few days back and she was using the Vodafone postpaid number and  the account number associated with it is  96906056 which is under my name and this number was blocked by customer care. As my mom is Senior Citizen and lives aloan and she cannot go to store also I am not in India i asked my brother in law which is in another city in same state to take the sim from store with my NOC.

    I have given my signed NOC, my aadhar card and the SIM given by store however the store as well as the Vodafone care is not helping out. They both points on each otherf  my issue but no one is helping out. I have send many emails.to corporatecare.india@vodafoneidea.com  but no one has responded yet.

    I am really helpless to get the same number activated  from vodafone.
