I am having samsung edge7 mobile phone with tele operator vodafone. Under vodafone india promotional scheme, I had took my mobile insurance from vodafone mobile shield.
I had filed an application of phone damaged on 25th july, 2018. And I had followed the same as they asked me to do. Finally after repairing my phone by my own i had submitted all documents, damaged parts and original invoice and payment receipt copy from samsung authorised service center. My all process was got over on 27th august, 2018
They were telling to disburse my claim amount after 15 working days. But till date I have not got any claim amount on my account.Its been more than 60 days but no solution at all.
Many times i have tried to talk with customer care executive but they are not responding well. Still they are keep promising me for making payment since last one month. I had waited for claim disbursement from so long back. But still they people dont have courtersy to call me back. I had mailed them many times but everytimes they are just forwarding me auto generated mail.
Everytime they tell me that they will call me back but till date not a single time they have called me back. /today also i called them, but after waiting of 12 mins, they just tell me to again wait for one week and rudly just drop my phone.
