Dear Sir,
I am Nelluri Padmavathi, my mobile number 9966102596. I lost my mobile .To get new SIM I submitted my Aadhar details as I did same when I applied. But vodafone executive made a mistake that my surname changed as M. My services had been stopped. When I went to solve the issue they said make your prepaid into postpaid connection we will change your details. I did same they said . For couple of days no problem but after that my out going call facility stopped and got the message that id proofs mismatched. I paid first 100 Rs. For new SIM ,then I paid 300 Rs to change postpaid connection. Till I am not able to call or message my post paid connection is active, I tried to call customer care services but it is not connecting. Please help me to solve my issue
