My balance was deducted without having any knowledge about this to me. You guys didn’t send the message even as well. RS 253 is deducted my from my balance and i need it back. Moreover how could you charge service without even asking your own customers. This is not the first time many times you guys deduct my balance with some unwanted service and what else. This is getting out of control now. Seriously guys you are not doing any fair kind of service with your customers. And yes, i need my money back. My mobile number is 8007603540. Resolve this as soon as possible.
