Text of Complaint by Sathish Kumar PR:

I am a customer of VI mobile networks since 5 to 6 years. I have been using their post paid plans till last month and I had to migrate to prepaid plans due to personal commitments. At the time of postpaid connection I was charged 199 INR as caution deposit. while migration to prepaid I was informed by the VI store keeper at Bangalore that those charges will be refunded to my main balance with in a month. Its been more than a month and I was not intimated neither process with any refund. I called the customer care to inform the same and they started ignoring my call. I ended up calling 8 times and all the customer service agents were telling me that they are working for Prepaid department and I had to call postpaid team. I was also told that I should call from other network numbers ( Airtel or Jio). Every time I call it landed to same team as there was no IVR options to select postpaid. I was offered a call back from a senior executive with in two hours and I waited waited waited. Not even a miss call on my phone. Its not a matter of 199 rupees, but the frustration I went through because of careless customer service. I am writing this, so that atleast this reaches to some of the higher officials of VI and take necessary action with in no time.
