My name is Vasudevaiah
My Vodafone number is 9591343538
I have called Vodafone idea(Vi) repeated times that my money is getting deducted from my main balance and called their customer service to block the calls and again I am getting calls. I received a message yesterday at 6:36pm saying Rs 25 got deducted from my account.i called Vi customer care to inform the same. I sent them the screen shot of what time the amount got deducted. Their service after merging has become pathentic and I wonder why are you looting customer money after giving DND request. I have seen so many complaints about the same.
