Hi, For the past one week I am not able to send SMS from my prepaid Vodafone Idea mobile number. I have a valid recharge pack active.
When I called the customer service team they raised a complaint and later when I checked the status it says closed.
This happened 3 times and all the times they mentioned no network issues and closed it.
Tried contacting their appellate number but the automatic voice is not connecting to any live agent. What should I do in this case?
Even if I want to move out I need SMS to send PORT
