We are facing network and coverage issue in our area since more than 5 year.

I complaint against my issue with VI but without solution and my permission your team closing my complaint.

I have only receiving call and complaint number messages with expected resolution date and time, also call received from any local person on 3rd September 2021 and he said ” I will do solution ” but after that not picking up call now.
