For the last 3-4 months Vodafone-Idea is deducting my balance twice or thrice a month in the name of additional services.
I claim that the organization is involved in fraudulent activity & using customers’ balance for it.
As per the count of complaints I’ve seen it’s a general issue observed from this network provider.
Serious action must be taken against them & penalty for wasting consumer’s too much of time.
