I have been charged with Rs.10 by Vodafone Idea mobile network service provider without customer consent. Last month also they charged about Rs. 35 under similar services which wasn’t authorised by me. But it’s getting regular and charging illegally monthly under the name of some service which customer didn’t activate.
Request to kindly take up this matter as there could be millions suffering from such fraudulent activities.
