Text of Complaint by Ankiy:

I don’t know what’s wrong with Vi they keep activating VAS. I tried complaining but it’s of no use and I never asked them to activate any service but they say I have sent them sms. I had 70 rupees in my SIM card but slthey deducted all by activating VAS now I don’t have any.
