Text of Complaint by Sudhir Mali:

I have received SMS as

“Hi! We have received & are processing your request for service Player’s Club – 60 Days Pack Digital. Just sit back & relax, you will receive a confirmation within 2 hours.”

I haven’t activated any of the plan for the same. This happened on two idea numbers from the same family within 2 days.

Vodafone-Idea deducting balance for without any permission of user & it’s going very difficult to connect with customer care.

Even we tried to port our 4 Vodafone-Idea numbers but unable to send the sms from all the numbers even if there is service validity and enough balance to sms. Its the worst service we are getting from vodafone idea.
