Vi network automatically charged 30 rupees by activating caller tunes without my consent. I recently recharged a 50 top up and suddenly today received multiple sms informing I activated the caller tunes which I did NOT.

Later i went to Vi app and tried to deactivate the caller tunes but i getting error.

1. Without my permission they cannot activate some nonsense service and charge
2. I cannot deactivate and get refund from their own app.
